Videos
Over the past few years, I've had the opportunity to work on a diverse range of video projects. From capturing my travels and filming exciting events to shooting weddings and creating a series of trailers for various university laboratories in Utrecht, each project has allowed me to enhance my skills and tell unique stories.

During my time as a full-time volunteer for ESN Utrecht, I managed all social media channels, including the Instagram feed, the Facebook channel and the LinkedIn account. I created and designed posts, stories, and captions, which was something I truly enjoyed. Looking ahead, I'd love to further explore this field and would be excited to offer my skills to support your company or organization to bring your social media channels to the next level!

Timelapses, Hyperlapses &
Match and Cut Sequences
You may be familiar with the concept of timelapses. This technique involves capturing still images at regular intervals over a longer period of time. These images are then played as a video to showcase the passage of time in an accelerated way. In a typical timelapse, the camera remains stationary.
A hyperlapse is a dynamic variation of the timelapse, the difference being that the camera is not stationary, but moves through space, often travelling over large distances while focusing on a particular subject. This technique creates a sense of dynamic motion while speeding up time. It is quite a tedious process, but the results are always worth it.
Another creative variation is the Match and Cut Sequence. This technique involves capturing subjects or objects with similar shapes (such as circles or rectangles), and aligning them perfectly during the editing process. When played back as a video, this creates a seamless flow that highlights the diversity and variation of those subjects. It's a fun and inventive way to add visual interest and creativity to your videos!
